We offer a variety of yoga classes including SolRise Power Yoga, Hatha Fusion, Warm Vinyasa, Yin, Gentle Yoga Nidra, Chair Yoga, and Restorative Yoga.

We provide yoga mats, bolsters, blocks, and blankets for all of our classes, but you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that allows for ease of movement, such as leggings or athletic shorts and a tank top or t-shirt. Socks may help you feel cozy during Yin and Warm Vinyasa Flow classes.
We welcome all levels, even if you have no previous yoga experience.
Expect a slower, more intentional experience. Classes at SolRise emphasize breath, nervous-system support, and mindful movement rather than pushing or performing. You’ll be welcomed into a calm, sanctuary-like space where you’re encouraged to listen to your body, rest when needed, and move in a way that feels supportive.
We can likely accommodate drop-ins, but registering beforehand will secure your mat space.
We encourage you to arrive between 15 and 5 minutes before class begins. Doors are locked when class starts to avoid disruption.

Yes, and they'll accommodate and advise based on your conditions or injuries.
Absolutely. We also have a yoga chair for modifications during select yoga classes.
Children 12 and over are welcome.
We offer hands-on modifications, but only with consent. Our studio is deliberately mirror-free so you can focus on feeling your body's alignment intuitively.
