Set in Nosara, Costa Rica — a recognized Blue Zone — we’ll spend five nights immersed in nature, daily yoga, nourishing food, and spacious time to simply be. The land itself supports vitality and longevity, and the pace of the retreat reflects that: intentional, grounding, and restorative without being rigid or over-programmed.
Each day will include yoga practices led by Renee Schmetzer, Founder of SolRise Yoga & Ayurvedic Wellness, alongside time to explore, rest, or connect — whether that’s walking the jungle paths, sharing meals, or joining optional adventures like ziplining or local excursions.
